time for me to try to help others and that’s what I did with my life. I ended up being a counsellor and helping others in similar if not worse life experiences to me. In addition to being part of an extended support network adviser team across various areas within the borough we had moved to all those years
ago. Helping others in similar situations from someone who had experienced similar experiences not only helped them move forward in their life but also helped me to realise how much I had grown, and how much my past no longer destroyed me or held me in torment.
I was free again.
I was moving forward one day at a time. I became strong again, and it helped me to get over the various traumas I had experienced during my childhood.
