Kunz’s statement further confirms that trust and power can be broken and misused which certainly the case between Seierstad and Khan. But who is right and who is wrong? Who is vulnerable here and who is actually misusing their use of power? That is something which Chapter two of the book delves into deeper. The novel also further reiterates the consequences of freedom of speech.
