I was aware that I had to face people at some time from work but thankfully my employers were very supportive, and I guess it helped having my mum and dad’s support. I am not sure what I would have done without it.

Gradually, I started to put the jigsaw pieces of my life back together but understandably this was not easy.

I knew the journey ahead of me of moving past trauma, past self−hate and into self−love was not going to be easy but luckily for me I had a huge supportive network of people willing to help me through it step by step, and for that I was eternally grateful.
